My First Spiritual Production
Postproduction To The Rescue
Hot Babes was my first shoot with the church kids and much went
wrong. First, my spotlight blew just before I was about to start taping.
Continuing the shoot with my other lights would result with the
surrounding stuff in the room being visible on the tape. I decided to
continue. Then, a mike developed a load hum which I did not discover
until in postproduction. The kids were available for only a short time
which much of the time was used up by the lighting problem. I could
have used more time for retakes for missed lines.
Then in postproduction with a video editor, tried to remove as
much of the visible background that I could. Next, I overlayed an
artificial spotlight from another track. To fix the mike problem, I
used an audio editor (which was a free download) to remove most
of the mike hum. Then, I sliced and diced to various clips to make
a reasonable video. It is not perfect, but it still makes its point.

Hot Babes has been a wonderful witness
lead-in video for me as I ask guys,
"Would you like to see my Hot Babes
video?" It is so heartening to see how
receptive so many men are to receive
spiritual enlightenment.
